Description
THIS REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) NOTICE is being issued by the Department of the Navy, Navy Supply Systems Command Fleet Logistics Center Yokosuka Site Singapore (NAVSUP FLCY). NAVSUP FLCY is requesting information and feedback on the attached Draft Performance work Statement (PWS).
This RFI is for information and planning purposes and to allow industry the opportunity to verify reasonableness and feasibility of the requirement, as well as promote competition.
SUBMISSION OF RESPONSES: Interested vendors shall submit a capability statement with specific details regarding your company-s ability to meet the requirements found in the attached Draft PWS. The capability statement shall be no more than five (5) pages.
Vendors are also encouraged to identify areas in the Draft PWS that are confusing, require additional information or clarification for a future Request for Proposal (RFP). Comments and questions regarding the Draft PWS are not considered in the total page count.
A cover page for the response shall be included. The cover page shall include the company name, address, points of contact (names, email, and telephone numbers), CAGE Code, Business Size Status for the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of this RFI, number of years in business, affiliate information: parent company, joint venture partners, potential teaming partners. The cover page is not considered in the total page count.
The Ship Repair Facility Detachment Singapore (SRF) and NAVSUP FLCY Site Singapore will be holding Industry days on 12 Sep 2025 (San Diego) and 26 Sep 2025 (Singapore). More to follow. Please indicate your interest along with the response to the RFI. Reimbursement WILL NOT be provided by the government for participation or preparation in the industry day.
