Description:
The Project includes the following Work: Revisions to existing kitchen and related support spaces including all new food service equipment, plumbing, HVAC and electrical improvements, including demolition and replacement of existing CMU walls, concrete floors and finishes, plumbing and lighting fixtures, and some upgrades to the sprinkler and fire alarm system. Some limited structural steel work is required, including steel lintels and supplemental support for new RTU. Mechanical work includes removal of existing and replacement of the existing boilers and associated piping. Specialty work includes overhead-coiling doors. Exterior work includes the addition of a grease trap, demolition of replacement of concrete stairs and sidewalk and a limited amount of asphalt paving and new grass. The Work will be split into two Phases as outlined in the Contract Documents.
