In accordance with FAR 7.107-5(c) Notification to the Public of Consolidation of Contract Requirements, this announcement is to provide notification that Defense Logistics Agency Land-Warren has determined that the consolidation of three requirements for pneumatic wheel assemblies previously acquired on separate contracts is necessary and justified. This consolidation meets the requirements of FAR 1.107 and the benefits of the consolidated acquisition substantially exceed the use of an alternative acquisition method.
