Description:
1. This is a Sources Sought Notice only. This is NOT a solicitation for proposals, proposal abstracts, or quotations. This market research notice is being conducted by Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 17, 5441 Babcock Road Ste. 302, San Antonio, TX 78240.
2. The requirement is for Special Mode Wheelchair Transportation Services in support of the North Texas VA Medical Center Catchment Area of Operations. See DRAFT PWS, paragraph 1, for additional details for the catchment area.
3. If this is a Service your business can provide, please respond to this Sources Sought Notice by 10:00 AM Central Time on Wednesday, October 22, 2025.
4. The intent of this notice is to establish sources to define the procurement strategy (e.g., setaside, sole source, unrestricted) for a solicitation that VA intends to post soon. Interested Contractors are requested to respond in accordance with the following:
a. If you have an existing GSA or VA, Federal Supply Schedule contract, include the contract details in your response.
b. Please note that VA is particularly interested in determining the availability of Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses that can provide this service.
c. Vendors are requested to submit estimated market research pricing with their responses but is not mandatory. If known, submit estimated market research pricing with your response (i.e. breakdown per mile, base rate mileage, etc.)
