This requirement is 100% full and open competition. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 237990, Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction, with a size standard of $45.0M. The Product Service Code (PSC) will be Y1PA- construction of recreation facilities (non-building). The Contractor shall provide all services, materials, supplies, labor, studies, management, travel, and other resources to execute a design-build project for removal of existing 1312-ft (400-meter) outdoor track surface (2057) and replacement with a first-class, base mat with structural spray surface, including all necessary sub-structure and drainage to obtain long-life durability Field Track at Whiteman AFB MO, 65305. This will be a Firm Fixed-Price (FFP) contract. The contract magnitude is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. The basis for award for this acquisition will be a best value tradeoff considering schedule, past performance, and price. The solicitation will be issued electronically on the System Award Management (SAM) web page at http://sam.gov/.
Paper copies will not be made available. Prospective contractors must be registered in the SAM in order to be eligible for award. The solicitation is anticipated to be available on or about 06th January 2025 with a closing date 30 days after issuance. There will be no pre-announcement of when this solicitation will be available.
