Whitman Mission National Historic Site Purchase Tractor and Loader:This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation Number 140P8325Q0054 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) constitutes the entire solicitation. Proposals and price quotations with detailed breakdown are being requested. This acquisition will be conducted pursuant to FAR Part 13.
