The contract is a request for whole blood collection bags including consumables for the Armed Services Blood Bank Center-Pacific Northwest (ASBBC-PNW at the Madigan Army Medical Center (MAMC), Joint Base Lewis-McChord, Tacoma, WA. The mission of the ASBBC-PNW is to provide quality blood and blood products to all MTFs in the Pacific Northwest and any Army Medical Center (MEDCENs) in the United States that has a need for blood or blood components.
