- Bid Synopsis:The Department of Veterans Affairs (DVA) is seeking bids for Pocket Folders as outlined in the attached documents. QTY: 100 200 300 400 500 600 700 800 900 1,000 Only one quantity will be awarded Size: 9” x 12” (Vendor may modify size by using existing dies). Pocket is 4” Ink: 4 Color Process with bleeds one side (4/0) Paper: 12pt C1S White Finishing: Die Cut, Score, Fold, and glue pockets. Folders must have 2 pockets inside (left and right side) and both pockets must have business card slits positioned as shown in artwork See draft artwork attached PAPER The minimum content for this bid shall be 10% post-consumer recovered materials. If necessary, bidders must be prepared to supply a “mill certification” from the paper manufacturer confirming recycled content. If using virgin paper, bidder must fill out RECYCLED PAPER EXCEPTION section in eSupplier or form if submitting hardcopy.
