ITB-i INVITATION TO BID Notice is hereby given that sealed bids for Bid B21-25 Wiggins Center ADA Improvements, Camden County. will be received, opened and read in public at the Camden County Department of Public Works - Engineering Department - Charles J. DePalma Complex, Egg Harbor Road, Lindenwold, NJ 08021 on Wednesday September 10, 2025 at 2:00 PM clock prevailing time by the Camden County Purchasing Agent or her designee. Copies of the bidding documents must be obtained by registering and downloading all documents from the Camden County website: http://www.camdencounty.com/service/purchasing-and-procurements/ Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of P.L. 1975, c. 127 (N.J.A.C. 17:27) and N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of P.L. 1999, c. 238 (N.J.S.A. 34:11- 56.48 to 57), where applicable.
