Description
The USDA Forest Service (FS), Procurement & Property Services (PPS), Special Projects Operations Center (SPOC), Northwest Branch is issuing this synopsis as a means of complying with the USDA-s policy in the Contracting Desk Book, SUBPART 413.3—SIMPLIFIED ACQUISITION METHODS, 413.303 Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs).
There is not a solicitation. This synopsis notification of intent to award a BPA Call order does
not constitute a request for proposals; submission of any information in response to this notification is purely voluntary; the government assumes no financial responsibility for any
costs incurred.

Delivery: The deliverables for this work will be provided to the ordering activity.

This BPA is composed of Small Businesses, some with collective teaming agreements in place. There are currently 14 businesses that will receive this solicitation.

The Call Order shall be issued via email to those companies listed on the BPA. Any changes to the Call Order RFQ shall also be emailed to those companies listed on the BPA. Point of Contact is jared.machgan@usda.gov
