- The Town Of Windham Is Seeking Sealed Proposals For The Services Of A Contractor To Remove And Replace A 16 2019X 6 2019 Section Of Damaged Concrete Floor In Bay 2 And A 16 2019 X 15 2019 Area In Bay 3. Work Includes Saw Cutting, Removing The Existing Concrete Slab, Removing Unsuitable Material, Replacing With Subbase Material With Structural Fill, Repair An Existing Angle Iron Drainage Trough And Metal Grate On Top, And Installing A Concrete Slab With A Minimum Thickness Of 10 201D, 4,000 Psi With Welder Wire Fabric And Pinned To The Existing Slabs.A Mandatory Pre-Proposal Site Walk Will Be Held On Oct 2, 2025At 10:00 A.M.
