- Bid Synopsis: The State of Wisconsin, Department of Administration, Division of Facilities and Transportation Services, is requesting Bids for Window Washing Services at twenty-eight (28) DOA-owned buildings in the following cities: Madison, Milwaukee, Waukesha, Green Bay, Eau Claire, La Crosse & Wisconsin Rapids. DFTS intends to use the results of this process to award Contract(s). This Bid requires mandatory site visit(s) in order to submit a Bid. The dates for those site visits are January 17, January 21, January 22, January 23, and January 24, 2025. (See Appendix 2 - Mandatory Site Visit Schedule) Bidders may Bid on one or more buildings. Awards will be made on a per building basis.
