1. General: This is a SOURCES SOUGHT and is for informational/market research purposes only. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL, QUOTATION OR BID, NOR A SYNOPSIS OF A PROPOSED CONTRACT ACTION UNDER FAR SUBPART 5.2.
2. Contract Information: The purpose of this Sources Sought is to conduct market research to determine if responsible sources exist, to assist in determining if this effort can be competitive and/or a total Small Business Set-Aside. The proposed North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 342199, All Other Petroleum and Coal Products Manufacturing, which has a corresponding Size Standard of 950 employees. The Government will use this information to determine the best acquisition strategy for this procurement. The Government is interested in any business, including all small businesses to include 8(a), Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned, HUBZone, and Women-Owned Small Business concerns. The Government requests that interested parties respond to this notice if applicable and identify your small business status to the identified NAICS code.
3. Requirement: 173d Fighter Wing, is seeking a vendor to provide smoke oil for the Thunderbirds performance at the Wings and Eagles Air Show 17-21 July 2025, with the ability to return unused oil after the airshow. The contractor shall provide Smoke Oil for the 2025 Wings and Eagles Airshow taking place at Kingsley Field Air National Guard Base. Contractor will deliver Smoke Oil no later than 30 June 2025.
4. Submission Instructions: Responses to this sources sought notice must be submitted electronically (via email). The Sanitation Services Sources Sought Info Request Form needs to be completed when responding to the sources sought.
