THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE; THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION
This posting serves as a Presolicitation notice in association with N32253-25-Q-1002 in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.204.
PHNSY & IMF intends to release a Request for Quote (RFQ) for a Firm Fixed-Price contract for five (5) total years, comprised of one base year and four (4) option periods to provide quarterly maintenance and repairs on WIWA equipment. The contractor shall provide all tools, parts, labor, travel and any other equipment required to provide the service.
This requirement is anticipated to be a 100% small business set aside.
The tentative start date is 08 September 2025.
The location of performance is Joint Base Pearl Harbor Hickam.
The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 811310 - Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment (except Automotive and Electronic) Repair and Maintenance the size standard for this NAICS is $12,500,000. The Product Service Code is J049 - Maintenance, Repair and Rebuilding of Equipment: Maintenance and Repair Shop Equipment
A sources sought notice was posted on the Government Point of Entry, SAM.gov IAW FAR 5.204, from 25 April 2025 to 01 May 2025 to determine whether other sources could satisfy this requirement.
Submission instructions will be outlined in the forthcoming solicitation and written offers shall be submitted in accordance with the CLIN structure. All dates and information included in this announcement are subject to change.
