Any quotation received in response to this RFQ is not binding until the contractor either signs the purchase order issued at time of award, or starts performance.
This RFQ and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-05, Defense Acquisition Circular (DAC) 20250807 and Department of the Air Force Acquisition Circular (DAFAC) 2024-1016. In accordance with FAR 52.219-1, the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 238330. The small business size standard is $19M. The Government intends to award a single contract from this solicitation. This acquisition is set aside 100% for Small Businesses in accordance with FAR 19.502-2(a). Contract type will be firm fixed price.
