- The Project Involves Restoring The Arlington Wpcp To Its Permitted Treatment Capacity Of 0.4 Million Gallons Per Day (mgd). The Work Includes Providing All Necessary Materials And Labor To Replace, Repair, And Rehabilitate Two Blower And Mbbr Tanks, Two Astrasand Filters, Uv Disinfection Systems, Electrical And Control Systems, And Associated Components. It Also Includes The Replacement Of Small-diameter Piping And Supports, Along With All Other Related Appurtenances Required To Complete The Project In Accordance With The Specifications And Construction Drawings. This Is A Section 3 Covered Contract And Section 3 Businesses Are Encouraged To Apply. The Project Will Be Awarded As A Single Contract With A Completion Time Of 380 Days.
