Description : INVITATION TO BID - COMMONWEALTH UNIVERSITYCWU-M-2025/: Work Order Contracts for Construction, Renovation and RepairCommonwealth University, Mansfield Campus of the PA State System of Higher Education invites General, HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical, Contractors to download bid documents for this project. Work consists of multiple award open-end contracts for General Construction, HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Painting, Roofing, Concrete, Sitework and Boiler Specialty for labor and equipment rates for various miscellaneous construction, renovation, repair, and maintenance of facilities and buildings. The University may award a contract to multiple firms with the lowest base bids. This Contract is an indefinite quantity contract against which Individual Work Orders shall be issued.A Pre-bid conference, with site visit to follow, will be held on April 17, 2025 at 11:00 AM EDT in the Brooks Facilities Building Conference Room which is located at 115 Sherwood St, Mansfield Pa.
