The Marine Corps Installations National Capital Region-Regional Contracting Office (MCINCR-RCO), Marine Corps Base Quantico, VA currently has a requirement in support of the Wounded Warrior Regiment (WWR) for Outreach and Resource Support Services. The WWR Outreach and Resource Support Services will be solicited as a 100% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business set aside. This contemplated contract will be a hybrid Single Award contract consisting of Firm Fixed-Price (FFP) Contract Line Items for services and Cost Reimbursement for travel. The contract will have a one-year base, and four one-year option periods. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) selected for this effort is 624190 Other Individual and Family Services, which has a size standard of $16M. The Product Service Code (PSC) selected for this acquisition is G099 - Social-Other Services.
This action will be solicited utilizing commercial contracting and negotiation procedures under FAR Part 15. All terms, conditions, evaluation procedures, and instructions to offerors will be specified in an upcoming Request for Proposals (RFP) that will be posted on the System for Award Management website (www.sam.gov) on or about 01 October 2025. The proposed solicitation number for this action is M00264-26-R-0001. All responsible sources may submit a proposal to be considered for this requirement. All interested parties must be registered in the System Award Management (www.sam.gov). It is the responsibility of the interested parties to independently review the sam.gov web link frequently for updates to any documents. Potential offerors will be responsible for downloading their copy of the RFP and amendments, if any.
