The Contractor shall provide maintenance and repair services for the chilled water system at the Whiteriver Indian Health Service Hospital (WRSU), 200 West Hospital Drive. The chilled water system includes two chillers, two cooling tower, valves, motors, variable speed drives, pumps, and piping. This scope of work includes all chilled water system components from the chillers to the air-handling units (AHU), but excludes each AHU coil. The point of demarcation shall be the AHU coil isolation valves on the coil side.
Includes performing chilled water system minor and major scheduled maintenance, associated repairs identified during scheduled maintenance, calibrations, water treatment, troubleshooting, unscheduled repairs, testing, and inspections to include completing required documentation.
