Description:
The Town of Hingham, Massachusetts, is requesting proposals for the lease of municipal real estate to a federally licensed communications company or a real estate company with a written agreement with a federally licensed communications company to construct, own, locate, operate and/or develop one wireless communications tower facility and related equipment upon a portion of the property owned by the Town and located at the Weir River Water System facility at 900 Main Street, Hingham, MA for the purpose of improving service coverage within the Town and for its residents.This procurement shall be conducted in accordance with the provisions of M.G.L. Chapter 30B, §16, and those provisions are hereby incorporated by reference into this Request for Proposals (“RFP”).
