Description
This solicitation will contain one NSN for: WSDC (LBA) AH-64D Longbow, Nut, Self-Locking, Extended Washer, Double. A Request for Proposal (RFP) will be solicited for award of a firm fixed price contract. The original equipment manufacturers and only approved sources are Howmet Global Fastening Systems, Inc (CAGE 15653) P/N: H54656-9 and P/N: HS4133V9, Bristol Industries, LLC (CAGE 27238), P/N: BH00685V9, and The Boeing Company (CAGE 8V613), P/N: HS4133V9. The NSN and quantity are as follows: NSN: 5310-014631772, quantity 27,530 each. The delivery schedule is 560 days ARO. FOB: Destination; Inspection/Acceptance: Origin. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Clause 52.246-11, Higher-level contract quality requirement applies. The solicitation issue date is on or about December 10, 2024, in accordance with 19.502-2 -- Total Small Business Set-Asides.
The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with the approved source. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
