- The Scranton City School District (hereinafter referred to as “the District”) is seeking qualified contractors to provide interior painting services. The primary goal is to improve the appearance and protect surfaces from wear and environmental damage. In order to facilitate flexible project planning and budgeting, the District requests a baseline cost for each 100 square feet of painted area. This baseline will be used to scale the project as needed, depending on the total area to be painted. The successful contractor will be responsible for all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary to complete the work, ensuring a durable, high-quality finish that meets all applicable standards and regulations.
