The Bureau of Reclamation, Missouri Basin Region, intends to issue a Commercial Request for Quote (RFQ) for the following supplies:Personal Protective Ground Test Set (quantity 3)1. Personal Protective Ground Tester equal or equivalent to Hubbell/Chance C403‐32202. Input: 120 VAC3. Resistance measurement: milliohms4. Meets ASTM Standard F22495. Output: DC Current6. Includes: 2 Standard ball‐stud terminals7. Must be able to attach to the following personal protective clams:a. Ball Socket Clamp, Bus Bar Clamp, C‐Clamp, All‐Angle Clamp, Flat‐Face Clamp, Ball Stud Clamp,The delivery location is: WYAO Warehouse, located at 205 Chamberlain Rd., Mills, WY 82644. FOB Destination of all supplies with an anticipated delivery date of October 30, 2025.It is anticipated the simplified acquisition set aside will be a Total Small Business with Tradeoff evaluation criteria.It is anticipated the Request for Quote (RFQ) will be posted on or about 26 March 2025 via the SAM.gov website.It is incumbent upon contractors to monitor the SAM.gov web page for RFQ release and all subsequent amendments.The product service code is 6625 and the NAICS code is 334515.
