The capability to gather diffraction data using various techniques/samples including: powder diffraction, residual stress measurement (uniaxial), crystal size, ab-initio crystal structure determination, unit cell refinement, phase identification/phase analysis, high resolution x-ray diffraction, and X-ray diffraction measurements under non-ambient conditions (i.e. high temperature).
