Pre-Proposal MeetingHagerstown, MDRLP No. 36C24525R0070A pre-proposal meeting will be held by the Department of Veterans Affairs to explain requirements of this solicitation and to respond to general questions raised by prospective offerors. The pre-proposal meeting will be held at the Martinsburg VA Medical Center. Attendance is not mandatory; however, offerors are highly encouraged to attend. Location: Martinsburg VA Medical Center, 510 Butler Avenue, Martinsburg, WV 25405Date: Tuesday, February 18, 2025Time: 10:30 AM EST Registration: Required Point of Contact (POC): Rachael.Hallock@va.govOfferors wishing to attend can respond to POC by Wednesday, February 12, 3:00 PM EST. Once registered, a calendar invite will be sent which will include the location details. Written minutes of meeting will be provided to all prospective offerors via a written amendment to the Request for Lease Proposal (RLP) in SAM.GOV. Any questions regarding this RLP must be received electronically through email to the POC listed above by no later than 4:30 PM EST, February 20, 2025. Interested offerors unable to attend the meeting are also invited to submit their written questions by the requested date.
