NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE: Letterkenny Army Depot intends to issue a Hybrid Firm Fixed-Price and Time and Materials Service contract for x7000 w/HPX-450HP/11 & XWT-225-SE repair and maintenace to North Star Imaging Incorporated (NSI), 19875 S Diamond Lake RD, Rogers, Minnesota, 55374-4594, CAGE 0KGB3. The contract will be a requirements contract with a period of performance of one (1) base year and two (2) 12 months option periods. The Government does not possess the technical data package (TDP). NSI owns the proprietary rights for the software of the X7000 w/HPX-450HP/11 & XWT-225-SE. This will be Freight On Board (FOB) destination to Letterkenny Army Depot. The 2022 North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 811310 - Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment (except Automotive and Electronic) Repair and Maintenance, the size standard is $12.5 Million and the service code is J067. The proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of the Simplified Acquisition Procedures at 41 U.S.C. 1901, as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation Subpart 13.5. Solicitation number W911N2-25-Q-A013 will be released on or about 19 September 2025, with a closing date on or about 3 October 2025. The annotated closing date for the solicitation is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the release of the solicitation. The solicitation will not close prior to the annotated closing date. A copy of the solicitation can be downloaded from https://www.sam.gov on or about 19 September 2025. All interested sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by this agency.
