The Facility Is Owned By The City Of Hartford And Leased To The Capital Region Development Authority (Crda), A Quasi-Public State Agency, Who Has Contracted With Oak View Group (Ovg) To Provide Management Services. The Selected Ticketing Provider Is Expected To Contract Directly With Ovg.
