Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This is a Request for Proposal (RFP) and the solicitation document, and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through (FAC) 2025-04. The solicitation number associated with this combined Synopsis/Solicitation is #15A00025R00000019.

All questions regarding this solicitation shall be submitted in writing and sent via email to Brian Wilkins at Brian.Wilkins@atf.gov and shall reference the solicitation #15A00025R00000019. All questions shall be received by 3:00PM EST on July 1, 2025. Questions received after the stated time and date will not be addressed. Telephonic requests or inquiries will not be accepted.
