The Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk Contracting Department, Norfolk, VA 23511-3392, intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) brand name contract for the U.S. Navy Fleet Band. This contract is for Yamaha DM3-D 22-channel digital mixer with Date interface consoles, Yamaha RK-DM3 Rackmount and SKB 1SKB19-R1400 Gig Safe Roto-Molded Cases using the policies and procedures of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 - Acquisition of CommercialItems and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
