- General work description:The City of Florissant is requesting sealed bids from qualified contractors to grind an existing stockpile of yard waste located at St. Ferdinand Park. The estimated volume of debris is approximately 2,000 cubic yards.Scope of Work:Grind the entire stockpile of yard waste into mulch.All mulch is to remain on-site; the contractor is responsible for creating a new, neatly contained pile at a designated located next to the yard waste pile.Site Visit: Prospective bidders are strongly encouraged to visit the site prior to submitting a bid. A site visit will allow contractors to evaluate the composition and size of the pile and determine the appropriate equipment and resources needed to complete the project efficiently.Location:25 Saint Ferdinand Park Dr. Florissant, MO 63031
