- The Town of Nantucket Affordable Housing Trust Fund (hereinafter \"NAHT\") is offering a pilot program to create year-round housing as described in the Program Guidelines. The Deed Restriction Program (hereinafter \"Program\") aims to provide housing stability, security, and affordability for people living or working year-round on Nantucket. Through the Program, the NAHT will offer a financial incentive to Nantucket property owners who place a permanent deed restriction on their homes that will limit the sale or rental of their homes to year-round residents of Nantucket. The NAHT will hold the deed restriction in perpetuity. This Request for Proposal is made in accordance with Massachusetts General Law Ch. 30B §16.
