Description
The United States Property and Fiscal Office (USPFO) for Maine is issuing this source sought synopsis as a means of conducting market research to identify potential sources for a Yellow Ribbon Event. The purpose of this sources sought notice is to assist in market research.
The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement, if a requirement materializes. Based on the responses to this sources sought notice/market research, this requirement may be set-aside for small businesses (in full or in part) or procured through full and open competition. Multiple awards may be made. All small business set-aside categories will be considered. Telephone inquiries will not be accepted or acknowledged, and no feedback or evaluations will be provided to companies regarding submissions.
Period of Performance will be a one day event only: August 2, 2025. Arrival time would be 7:00amEST for set up, 8:00amEST event begins, event ends no later than 1600 (4:00pmEST).
Location: Within 10 miles of the Interstate 95 corridor between Lewiston, Maine (Zip codes: 04210-04280) to Augusta, Maine (Zip code: 04330)
Requirements:
1: Auditorium/conference space with a 450 person capacity. Need Audio/Video capability and allowed to consume food and beverage (non-alcohol) on sight.
2: Lobby/Foyer space to accomodate a total of 35 six foot tables for vendors to set up stations.
3: Two Meeting/conference rooms with a 50 person capacity. These spaces would be utilized as childcare holding areas. Ideally they are open and free of furniture.
4: Office space/Meeting room with a 4 person capacity. This would be utilized for counseling sessions.
5: Food. Continental Breakfast and Lunch. Lunch could be a hot lunch or sandwich bar. Some special dietary options available (gluten free/Halal/vegetarian option) upon advanced request.
