Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs, NCO 15 Contracting Office intends to release a commercial solicitation, to provide the Veterans Health Administration, with annual preventative maintenance on site, to include all labor, travel expenses, tools, test equipment, oil (except refrigerant) and other incidentals necessary to maintain the listed equipment to operating specifications according to the manufacturer s recommendations. To maintain the equipment in good working order, factory-trained technicians will perform all preventive maintenance tasks in accordance with the guidelines issued by Contractor engineering or other manufacturers. Contractor will also provide a written report of findings, corrective actions, and recommendations following each visit at the Marion VA Healthcare System.This contract shall include a base year and four ordering periods. The contract will be a Firm Fixed Price IDIQ. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 811310, with a size standard of $12.5 million.The details including full specifications will be included in the solicitation, which will be released on or about February 20th, 2025.
