Yosemite FY25 Flooring Removal and Replacement - Mariposa County, CaliforniaThe National Park Service (NPS), Yosemite National Park (YOSE) located in Mariposa County, CA has a requirement for a firm fixed price contract.The Contractor shall provide all mobilization, labor, supervision, materials, equipment, transportation, site rehabilitation, clean-up, and demobilization. The scope of this proposed contract involves removal and replacement of approximately 1,964 square feet of flooring from the multiple residences located in Yosemite National Park (YOSE).This procurement is set-aside for Small Business (SB) concerns only. Offers received from concerns that are not Small Business concerns shall be considered nonresponsive and will be rejected. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 238330 the small business size standard is $19.0 million. The construction magnitude for this solicitation is $100,000 to $250,000.00. Award selection will be made by a comparative evaluation of offers after consideration of price and other non-price factors (technical capability and past performance). The RFQ will be available via electronic commerce only and may be accessed on or about August 11, 2025, at SAM.gov (https://sam.gov/). The due date for quotes will be 30 days after the date of issuance of the RFQ. However, this may be extended at the discretion of the Government.
