Description:
Through this Request for Proposals (“RFP”), the Rhode Island Housing and Mortgage Finance Corporation (“RIHousing”) seeks proposals from qualified firms to serve as the Youth Action Board Backbone Agency. RIHousing serves as the Collaborative Applicant on behalf of the RICoC and is issuing this RFP to identify a partner who will serve as the backbone agency for the Youth Action Board (“YAB”).The main objectives of the YAB are to advise the RICoC and its programs on their ongoing commitment to meet the needs of youth and young adults experiencing housing instability and/or homelessness in RI and ensure that CoC policies and practices are informed by the voices of young people with lived experience.This RFP seeks a YAB backbone agency to conduct ongoing development of youth leadership within the RICoC and the YAB.Please visit the RIHousing website to learn more about this RFP and apply: https://www.rihousing.com/rfps-rfqs.
