- The City of Lake Forest is seeking applications from organizations interested in offering Youth Flag Football, Youth Soccer and Youth Multi-Sports (baseball, basketball and football) programming to the City of Lake Forest. As part of the City-s Recreation and Contract Instructor Procurement Process, staff is accepting applications to provide this programming through a Sports Program Services Agreement at the Lake Forest Sports Park.Interested organizations are invited to submit an application, which will serve as a formal proposal under the City-s procurement process. The application will request key information such as instructor experience and qualifications, a proposed class schedule, and general background about the organization, vendor, or instructor.
