- The Juvenile Justice Coordinating Council (JJCC) and the Solano County Probation Department, as approved by the JJCC, invite proposals from highly qualified agencies to provide prevention services for at-promise and justice-involved youth in Solano County.The Solano County Probation Department, on behalf of the JJCC, seeks proposals to support grant-funded programs addressing critical needs of at-promise youth in the county. The JJCC has allocated up to $50,000 per year for three (3) years, awarding up to three (3) grants to selected providers.Eligible applicants include non-profit organizations, for-profit organizations, and government entities. However, departments within the County of Solano are not eligible to apply, as funding is designated for community-based initiatives.
