Roof Repairs at Yuma Area OfficeThis is a Pre-Solicitation Notice with the intent of synopsizing a proposed contract action prior to issuance of the solicitation. Specific instructions on submitting proposal will be contained in the solicitation documents to be issued on or about June 6, 2025, posted to SAM.gov website. No documents will be available until the solicitation is issued.The U.S. Department of the Interior (DOI), Bureau of Reclamation (Reclamation), Yuma Area Office (YAO), has a requirement to make necessary repairs on four buildings including, but not limited to, single-ply membrane roof overlay, roof curbs, curb flashing, penetration flashings, vents through roof(VTR), drains, sealant, expansion joints, roof walkway, insulation, coating restoration, skylight cages, permanent anchor points, debris removal, and debris disposal. The YDP property shall remain fully operational during the contract's performance period.This requirement will be issued as a 100% small business set-aside.The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code assigned to this project is 238160, Roofing Contractors with a corresponding small business size standard of $19M.The magnitude of this construction project is estimated to be between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00.This requirement will be solicited and awarded using the methos outlined in FAR Part 36, Construction Contracts and FAR Part 15 Contracting by Negotiation. The Government contemplates award of one firm fixed price contract.The solicitation and any amendments to the solicitation will be available only through Contract Opportunities at www.SAM.gov. All proposals, and other documents required for proposal submittal, including amendments to the proposal, shall be submitted electronically.
