Medical Director Services - The Zion NPS EMS program facilitates emergency medical response and care to the residents, visitors, and employees of Zion National Park, Cedar Breaks National Monument, and Pipe Spring National Monument. Depending on the time of year, the Zion Visitor & Resource Protection division employs one to two dozen rangers who respond to emergency medical calls for service.
