The Intent to Sole SourceThe Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 6 intends to award asole source, firm fixed price contract to After Action Medical and Dental Supply LLC Zoll Ambulance X Series Monitor/ Defibrillator located at the Fayetteville VAMC, 2300 Ramsey Street, Fayetteville, NC 28301. It is the Government s belief that Zoll is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and After Action (SD) as the sole distributor and all associated products and service maintenance. Using any other supplier would result in duplicated costs that would not be recovered through competition. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. Market research has determined that these items can only be obtained from a single source without an unacceptable duplication of cost or delay in the continuity of patient care. No solicitation documents are available and telephone requests will not be accepted.However, any business that believes it can provide the Ambulance X Series Monitor/ Defibrillator may give written notice to Patsy.Simpson@va.gov by 8:00am EDT on March 24, 2025. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the above requirement. Interested and capable respondents are requested to provide the information below.
